Step 1
Steam the Sweet Potatoes (6 cups) until fully cooked, about 20-25 minutes. Place cooked potatoes in a large bowl and mash. Set aside to cool down.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) , Large Eggs (2) , Pure Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , and Whole Milk (1/3 cup) . Stir well, then fold in the cooled sweet potatoes. Place mixture in a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
