Steam the Sweet Potatoes (6 cups) until fully cooked, about 20-25 minutes. Place cooked potatoes in a large bowl and mash. Set aside to cool down.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2), Pure Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Whole Milk (1/3 cup). Stir well, then fold in the cooled sweet potatoes. Place mixture in a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
