Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) fan bake. Line a large oven tray with baking paper. Defrost pastry. Using a sharp knife, cut each sheet into 8 equal pieces and place half on the tray (you may need two trays).
Step 2
Cut
Bananas (4)
into 6 to 8-mm thick slices and place 3-4 on half of the pastry pieces.
Step 3
Cut slits in the other half of the
Puff Pastry (3 sheets)
and place them on top of the banana. Seal or crimp the edges with a fork.
Step 4
Egg wash the top of the pastry with
Free Range Egg (1)
. Make sure you leave room around each.
Step 5
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of the
Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
on top of each pie. Bake on shelf 3 (middle of the oven) for 30 minutes.
