step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) fan bake. Line a large oven tray with baking paper. Defrost pastry. Using a sharp knife, cut each sheet into 8 equal pieces and place half on the tray (you may need two trays).

Cut Bananas (4) into 6 to 8-mm thick slices and place 3-4 on half of the pastry pieces.

Cut slits in the other half of the Puff Pastry (3 sheets) and place them on top of the banana. Seal or crimp the edges with a fork.

Egg wash the top of the pastry with Free Range Egg (1). Make sure you leave room around each.
step 5
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of the Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp) on top of each pie. Bake on shelf 3 (middle of the oven) for 30 minutes.

Serve warm.
