Mix Greek Yogurt (1 cup), Garam Masala (1 tablespoon), Ground Turmeric (1 tablespoon), Sweet Paprika (1 tablespoon), Granulated Garlic (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Ginger (1/3 teaspoon), Ground Coriander (1 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste), and Kosher Salt (to taste).
Add Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken Thigh (3), mix, cover, and keep in fridge overnight.
Place the chicken on a rack and roast at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 35-40 minutes, or until golden crisp and cooked through.
Cover lightly and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
