Ground Cumin

Step 1
Mix Greek Yogurt (1 cup) , Garam Masala (1 Tbsp) , Ground Turmeric (1 Tbsp) , Sweet Paprika (1 Tbsp) , Granulated Garlic (1/2 tsp) , Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp) , Ground Coriander (1 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1 tsp) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste) , and Kosher Salt (to taste) .
Step 2
Add Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken Thighs (3) , mix, cover, and keep in fridge overnight.
Step 3
Place the chicken on a rack and roast at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 35-40 minutes, or until golden crisp and cooked through.
Step 4
Cover lightly and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Step 5
Serve with Naan (to taste) and enjoy!
