Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Self-Rising Flour (2 cups), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Caster Sugar (1/3 cup) and Butter (3.5 oz). Then add in the Sultanas (1/2 cup), and Dried Apricot (1/2 cup).

Into a jar, add and mix the Milk (3/4 cup), and Egg (1). Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and combine everything well.

Take roughly tablespoons of the dough, and put them onto an oven tray lined with baking paper. Make sure to have a good spacing between them. Bake inside a preheated oven under 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
