Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).

Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the
Self-Rising Flour (2 cups)

Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)

Caster Sugar (1/3 cup)
and
Butter (1/3 cup)
. Then add in the
Sultanas (1/2 cup)
, and
Dried Apricots (1/2 cup)
.
Step 3
Into a jar, add and mix the
Milk (3/4 cup)
, and
Egg (1)
. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and combine everything well.
Step 4
Take roughly tablespoons of the dough, and put them onto an oven tray lined with baking paper. Make sure to have a good spacing between them. Bake inside a preheated oven under 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
