Ninja Gingerbread Men

These cute little Ninja Gingerbread Men are sweet and lightly spiced. Flour, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and ground ginger are combined to form the dough. Lightly baked and decorated, these gorgeous little babies will be a smash hit with your children - give it a go!

All-Purpose Flour

Baking Soda

Fresh Ginger , ground

Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground , ground

Cooking Instructions

Using an electric mixer, mix together the Butter (4.5 oz) and Brown Sugar (2/3 cup) . Then add in the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , and Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp) . Mix everything together.

Then add in the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) , Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp) , and Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp) . Mix everything well.

Form the dough into a shape of a disk, and wrap it up with some kitchen wrap. Place it into the fridge for about 1 hour.

Place the dough between two baking papers, and roll it out until it has a thickness of 1/2 centimeters.

Using cookie cutters, cut the dough into small cookies. Bake inside a preheated oven under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F), for about 25 minutes.
