Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Wash and dry the
Tyson® Chicken Legs (12 pieces)
. If using wings, cut off the wing tips. Transfer chicken to a rimmed baking sheet, a 9x13-inch pan, or a 8-inch square pan, depending on how much chicken you are using. Season lightly with
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Oil (2 Tbsp)
Ketchup (2 Tbsp)
Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)
Honey (1 cup)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Pour over chicken. Toss chicken and then arrange skin-side down in the baking pan. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove pan, turn chicken over, and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
Remove pan and turn chicken over once more. I find that the chicken is usually done at this point, but you may need to cook it for another 15 minutes or longer—the sauce should be slightly thick, and the meat should be falling off the bone.
