Into a bowl, add and mix the White Bread (4 slice) and Ground Cinnamon (2 teaspoon). Set aside.
Cut the White Bread (4 slice) diagonally.
In a separate bowl, add and mix the Egg (2), Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup), and Milk (3/4 cup).
In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the Butter (30 gram). Take each slice of bread, put it in the egg mixture, and fry it one minute on each side.
Sprinkle toasts with the cinnamon sugar, and serve with Fresh Blueberries (to taste) and Vanilla Yogurt (to taste)!
