Step 1
To the Quinoa (1 cup) , first add Water (1/3 cup) , followed by Water (1/3 cup) . This is to speed up the soaking time for the quinoa. Add Baking Powder (1 tsp) and blend the quinoa and water together.
Step 2
In a muffin tin, fill 6 muffin cups about 1/3 of the way full with the quinoa blend. Top with bits of your favorite Mixed Vegetables (to taste) . Bake at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Use a knife to skim around the edges of each tartlet and let sit 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
