Cooking Instructions

Step 1
To the Quinoa (150 gram), first add Water (100 milliliter), followed by Water (100 milliliter). This is to speed up the soaking time for the quinoa. Add Baking Powder (1 teaspoon) and blend the quinoa and water together.
Step 2
In a muffin tin, fill 6 muffin cups about 1/3 of the way full with the quinoa blend. Top with bits of your favorite Mixed Vegetables (to taste). Bake at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Use a knife to skim around the edges of each tartlet and let sit 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
