Step 1
Add
Canned Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups)
to a frying pan on medium heat. Add the
Dried Soya Mince (1/2 cup)
and boil the kettle. Add some water and use a wooden spoon to mix together.
Step 2
Add the
Frozen Green Peas (1/2 cup)
,
Ground Turmeric (1/4 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1 dash)
, and
Red Chili Pepper (1)
. Leave out the seeds for a milder heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes making sure it's not too thick or thin.
Step 3
Add more water if needed then pour into a bowl. To the same pan add 1 inch deep of water, add the
Spring Greens (1 head)
, cover and simmer for 2 minutes on high heat until bright green and tender. Mix greens and tomato bolognese in a bowl.
