In a large fry pan, add
Olive Oil (to taste)
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (1.1 lb)
. Cook on high, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned.
Red Onion (1)
Red Bell Peppers (2)
. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables have started to soften.
White Rice (3 cups)
and stir to combine. Add
Taco Seasoning (1/4 cup)
Water (1 1/2 cups)
. Once mixture begins to bubble, turn temperature down to medium-low and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
