Cooking Instructions
1.
In a large frying pan, add Olive Oil (as needed) and Chicken Breasts (1.1 lb). Cook on high, stirring occasionally until the chicken is browned.

Add Red Onion (1) and Red Bell Peppers (2). Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables have started to soften.
3.
Add cooked White Rice (1 cup) and stir to combine. Add Taco Seasoning (4 Tbsp) and Water (1 1/2 cups). Once the mixture begins to bubble, turn the temperature down to medium-low and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
4.
Serve and enjoy!
