Step 1
In a wok, add
Thai Green Curry Paste (1 Tbsp)
. Stir on medium-high heat until fragrant and bubbling slightly.
Step 2
Add
Coconut Milk (1 cup)
. Stir together until sauce starts to simmer. Add
Boneless Pork Chops (1.1 lb)
. Cook while stirring for about 2 minutes, until everything is coated in sauce.
Step 3
Add
Mixed Vegetables (5 cups)
and stir in. Cover the wok and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Add
Brown Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Fish Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Serve with
White Rice (to taste)
and enjoy!
