In a wok, add Green Thai Curry Paste (1 tablespoon). Stir on medium-high heat until fragrant and bubbling slightly.
Add Coconut Milk (270 milliliter). Stir together until sauce starts to simmer. Add Boneless Pork Chops (500 gram). Cook while stirring for about 2 minutes, until everything is coated in sauce.
Add Mixed Vegetables (5 cup) and stir in. Cover the wok and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Add Brown Sugar (2 teaspoon) and Fish Sauce (2 teaspoon). Stir to combine.
Serve with White Rice (to taste) and enjoy!
