In a wok, add Thai Green Curry Paste (1 Tbsp). Stir on medium-high heat until fragrant and bubbling slightly.

Add Coconut Milk (1 cup). Stir together until sauce starts to simmer. Add Boneless Pork Chops (1.1 lb). Cook while stirring for about 2 minutes, until everything is coated in sauce.
