Cooking Instructions

In a small jug, add Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), the juice from Lemons (2), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Onion Powder (1 tsp), Garlic (2 cloves), Salt (1 tsp), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Stir together.

In a slow cooker, add Chicken Breasts (2.2 lb), Red Potatoes (4 cups) and Baby Carrots (2 cups). Pour the marinade mixture over everything. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
3.
Once the chicken and veggies are tender, serve!
