Cooking Instructions

In a jam jar, add the juice from Limes (2), Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp), Red Chili Pepper (1), and Soy Sauce (2 tsp). Put a lid on and shake to combine. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add Salad Greens (1 1/3 cups), Chicken Breasts (2 cups) and Mangoes (2). Drizzle dressing over top. Gently toss everything together to combine and season with Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Serve and enjoy!
