Step 1
In a mixing jug, add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup) , Lemons (2) , Fresh Oregano (1 Tbsp) , and Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp) . Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Stir together.
Step 2
In a baking dish, add Tyson® Chicken Breasts (4) . Pour the marinade over the chicken. Cover dish in plastic wrap and place in fridge for 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Step 3
Bake at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Step 4
Serve with Mixed Vegetables (to taste) . Enjoy!
