Canned Tuna in Water , drained, torn

Fresh Chives , chopped

Parmesan Cheese , freshly grated

Cooking Instructions

Lightly grease an eight cup capacity baking dish with spray oil. Sprinkle Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp) in the dish. Tilt the dish so all the sides get coated as well. Spread the excess breadcrumbs evenly on the bottom.

Lightly beat the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (6) in a jar until all the yolks are broken. Add the Canned Tuna in Water (3/4 cup) , Creamed Corn (1 1/2 cups) , Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) , and Fresh Chives (1 bunch) . Mix them all together and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .

Add Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp) to Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp) in a small jug. Mix them together.

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared oven dish. Smooth the surface. Sprinkle over the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F). Put in the dish for about 35 minutes.

Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes, then slice it up and serve.
