Lightly grease an eight cup capacity baking dish with spray oil. Sprinkle Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup) in the dish. Tilt the dish so all the sides get coated as well. Spread the excess breadcrumbs evenly on the bottom.
Lightly beat the Egg (6) in a jar until all the yolks are broken. Add the Canned Tuna Packed in Water (185 gram), Creamed Corn (400 gram), Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) and Fresh Chives (1 bunch). Mix them all together and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Add Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) to Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup) in small jug. Mix them together.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared oven dish. Smooth the surface. Sprinkle over the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F). Put in the dish for about 35 minutes.
Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes, then slice it up and serve.
