Step 1
Lightly grease an eight cup capacity baking dish with spray oil. Sprinkle
Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
in the dish. Tilt the dish so all the sides get coated as well. Spread the excess breadcrumbs evenly on the bottom.
Step 2
Lightly beat the
Eggs (6)
in a jar until all the yolks are broken. Add the
Canned Tuna in Water (3/4 cup)
,
Creamed Corn (1 1/2 cups)
,
Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
, and
Fresh Chives (1 bunch)
. Mix them all together and season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Add
Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
to
Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
in a small jug. Mix them together.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared oven dish. Smooth the surface. Sprinkle over the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F). Put in the dish for about 35 minutes.
Step 6
Let the quiche cool for about 10 minutes, then slice it up and serve.
