Short Cut Rindless Bacon Slices , diced

Tomato Paste

Worcestershire Sauce

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Large Potatoes , diced, peeled, rinsed

Large Carrot , diced, peeled, rinsed

•

Large Yellow Onion , chopped, peeled

1 clove

Garlic , crushed

Beef Stock

or 2 cups Beef Stock and 2 cups Red Wine

1 tsp

Corn Starch

Cooking Instructions

To crock pot basin, add in Yellow Onion (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , Carrot (1) , Potatoes (3) , Beef Steak (1.1 lb) , Short Cut Rindless Bacon Slices (6) , Tomato Paste (1 cup) , and Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp) , and some Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .

Add in Beef Stock (4 cups) and some Corn Starch (1 tsp) with water. Stir together and cook for 5 - 6 hours on low or 2 - 3 hours on high.
