Into a large ziploc bag, add the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Curry Powder (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Simply Organic® Black Pepper (to taste). Shake that to mix everything. Then, add in the Chicken Breasts (2.2 lb), and toss that around until the chicken is nicely coated.

In a large greased frying pan, cook the chicken fillets for about 2 minutes on each side.
