Into a large ziploc bag, add the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Curry Powder (1 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Shake that to mix everything. Then, add in the Chicken Breast (1 kilogram), and toss that around until the chicken is nicely coated.
In a large greased frying pan, cook the chicken fillets for about 2 minutes on each side.
Take the browned chicken fillets from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, cook the Yellow Onion (1), and Garlic (2 clove) for about 2 minutes.
Add in the Curry Powder (1 tablespoon), Apricot Nectar (400 milliliter), and allow the mixture to come to boil.
Then, return the chicken fillets to the pan, and allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add in the Dried Apricot (1 cup), and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve with the Couscous (to taste)
