Step 1
Into a large ziploc bag, add the
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
,
Curry Powder (1 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Shake that to mix everything. Then, add in the
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2.2 lb)
, and toss that around until the chicken is nicely coated.
Step 2
In a large greased frying pan, cook the chicken fillets for about 2 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Take the browned chicken fillets from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, cook the
Yellow Onion (1)
, and
Garlic (2 cloves)
for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add in the
Curry Powder (1 Tbsp)
,
Apricot Nectar (1 2/3 cups)
, and allow the mixture to come to boil.
Step 5
Then, return the chicken fillets to the pan, and allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Add in the
Dried Apricots (1 cup)
, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with the
Couscous (to taste)
