Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Corn Kernels (400 gram), Avocado (1), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) Tomato (2), Lime Juice (2 tablespoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Set aside.
Using your hands, mix together the Chicken Breast (1 kilogram), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup), Yellow Onion (1), Taco Seasoning (35 gram), Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Take a tablespoon of the mixture, and roll it into a ball shape. Continue with the rest of the meat mixture. Line the balls on a baking tray lined with some baking paper, and bake under 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 20 minutes.
Serve together with the salsa salad, and Corn Chips (to taste).
