Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Corn Kernels (2 1/4 cups) , Avocado (1) , Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) , Tomatoes (2) , Lime Juice (2 Tbsp) , Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Set aside.
Step 2
Using your hands, mix together the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2.2 lb) , Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) , Yellow Onion (1) , Taco Seasoning (1/4 cup) , Breadcrumbs (1 cup) , Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Take a tablespoon of the mixture, and roll it into a ball shape. Continue with the rest of the meat mixture. Line the balls on a baking tray lined with some baking paper, and bake under 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve together with the salsa salad, and Corn Chips (to taste) .
