Using your hands, mix together the Chicken Breasts (2.2 lb), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup), Yellow Onion (1), Taco Seasoning (4 Tbsp), Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
