Season your Pork Chop (6) with Salt and Pepper (to taste), and brown them up on a frying pan with some Olive Oil (to taste). Transfer the pork chops to a slow cooker.
On the same frying pan, cook the Yellow Onion (1) and Garlic (2 clove) until they are browned.
Into the slow cooker, add in the pork chops, onion mixture, Sweet Potato (1), Potato (2), Carrot (3), Vegetable Stock (1 cup), and Cream of Celery Soup (400 gram). Put on the lid, and cook for about 3 hours on high.
