Step 1
Season your
Pork Chops (6)

Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and brown them up on a frying pan with some

. Transfer the pork chops to a slow cooker.

On the same frying pan, cook the
Yellow Onion (1)
and
Garlic (2 cloves)
until they are browned.
Step 3
Into the slow cooker, add in the pork chops, onion mixture,
Sweet Potato (1)
,
Potatoes (2)
,
Carrots (3)
,
Vegetable Stock (1 cup)
, and
Cream of Celery Soup (1 2/3 cups)
. Put on the lid, and cook for about 3 hours on high.
