Step 1
In a large bowl, add
Salsa (1 cup)
,
Yellow Mustard (2 Tbsp)
,
Honey (1 Tbsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
and
Water (1 cup)
. Mix together until fully combined and add
Red Bell Pepper (1)
and
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
.
Step 2
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and place in the fridge for 15 - 20 minutes to marinate.
Step 3
Transfer to a baking dish and cook at 180 degrees C for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Step 4
Serve with
White Rice (to taste)
and enjoy!
