In a large bowl, add Salsa (300 gram), Yellow Mustard (2 tablespoon), Honey (1 tablespoon), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) and Water (1 cup). Mix together until fully combined and add Red Bell Pepper (1) and Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (4).
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and place in the fridge for 15 - 20 minutes to marinate.
Transfer to a baking dish and cook at 180 degrees C for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
Serve with White Rice (to taste) and enjoy!
