Cooking Instructions

Step 1
To a food processor, add the Eggs (2) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , the juice from Lemon (1) , and Dijon Mustard (1 tsp) . Turn on for about 10 seconds or until everything's blended.
Step 2
Chill the Canola Oil (1 1/2 cups) oil in the fridge. When cold, turn the processor back on and add the canola oil to the rest of the mixture through the top in a single stream. This should take about a minute.
Step 3
Enjoy!
