Eggland's Best Classic Eggs

Salt

Lemon

Canola Oil
or Vegetable Oil
Cooking Instructions

To a food processor, add the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Salt (1/2 tsp), the juice from Lemon (1), and Dijon Mustard (1 tsp). Turn on for about 10 seconds or until everything's blended.

Chill the Canola Oil (1 1/2 cups) oil in the fridge. When cold, turn the processor back on and add the canola oil to the rest of the mixture through the top in a single stream. This should take about a minute.
