In a tagine or heavy-based saucepan, add Olive Oil (to taste). Brown Beef Chuck (700 gram) in batches and transfer to a bowl as finished.
Into the same pan, add Yellow Onion (2). Cook over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until onions have softened.
Add Garlic (2 clove), Moroccan Seasoning (2 teaspoon), Ground Coriander (2 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon) and Sunkist Orange (1). Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Stir in Tomato Paste (2 tablespoon). Add meat back in.
Add Beef Stock (2 cup), Water (1 cup) and Prunes (1 cup). Stir through.
Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a low temperature. Cover and allow to simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
Serve with White Rice (to taste). Enjoy!
