Summer Berry Trifle is a light and fruity version of the classic dessert. Cake is combined with orange juice, cointreau, vanilla yogurt, and a glorious selection of berries. Quick to throw together and very impressive, it's a little taste of summer, any time of the year!

Cooking Instructions

In a mixing jug, add Oranges (1/3 cup) juice and Orange Liqueur (2 Tbsp). Mix together.

Scatter half of the Plain Cake (1.1 lb) over the bottom of a serving bowl. Spoon over half of the orange juice mixture. Pour half of the Vanilla Yogurt (4 cups) over top. Spread half of the Fresh Mixed Berries (2 3/4 cups) over top. Repeat the layers once more.
3.
Place into fridge to chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
