Put All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Caster Sugar (1/3 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp) into a mixing bowl and mix it together. Make a well in the center and add Milk (4 Tbsp), Butter (2 oz), Egg (1) mix together until smooth.

Put the batter in a ziploc bag and force it to one corner, snipe of the corner. Take a donut tray and pipe the batter into each donut mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) and cook for about 20 minutes. Allow the donuts to cool for 5 minutes in the tin then transfer them to a wire rack to cool off completely.
