All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
Caster Sugar (1/3 cup)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp)
into a mixing bowl and mix it together. Make a well in the center and add
Milk (1/4 cup)
Butter (3 Tbsp)
mix together until smooth.
Put the batter in a zip loc bag and force it to one corner, snipe of the corner. Take a donut tray and pipe the batter into each of the donut pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degree C and cook for about 20 minutes. Allow the donut to cool for 5 minutes in the tin then transfer them to a wire rack to cool off completely.
Chocolate (1/2 cup)
Whipping Cream (1/2 cup)
in a bowl and put it into the microwave oven for 30 seconds, then give it a stir and give it another 30 seconds, repeat until it's melted. Set it aside for 30 minutes to cool off.
Take a donut and gently dip it into the ganache. Put some sprinkle on if preferred. Continue on with the rest. Serve and enjoy!
