Take a large saucepan with a little bit of oil, add the Spanish Chorizo (5) and cook it for about 5 minutes. Then transfer them into a bowl and set aside. Add a little bit more oil and add Yellow Onion (2), Garlic (2 clove), Paprika (2 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Red Chili Pepper (1), and stir together for 2 minutes in medium heat.
Then add Basmati Rice (2 cup),stir together and add chorizo again with Chicken Stock (4 cup). Once the mixture is boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and allow it to simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes. Next take the pot off the stove and leave the lid on, allow it to sit for 5 minutes. Season it with Salt and Pepper (1 dash) and Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup). Then stir it. Serve and enjoy!
