Step 1
Shape Ground Italian Sausages (1 lb) into 9 balls.
Step 2
Cut Yellow Bell Pepper (1) , Green Bell Pepper (1) and Red Bell Pepper (1) into 1-inch pieces and add to Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a medium hot pan. Add Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp) , Garlic Paste (1 tsp) , Dried Oregano (1 tsp) , Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Saute for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Top with the sausage balls and add Unsalted Chicken Stock (1 cup) . Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) until sausage balls are cooked through but not dry, about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
