in a medium hot pan. Add
Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp)

Garlic Paste (1 tsp)

Dried Oregano (1 tsp)

Kosher Salt (to taste)
and
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)

Step 3
Saute for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Top with the sausage balls and add
Unsalted Chicken Stock (1 cup)
. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) until sausage balls are cooked through but not dry, about 20 minutes.
