Using a sharp knife, cut the Puff Pastry (1 sheet) into strips. Cut the strips into squares or triangles. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with non-stick baking paper.
In a small bowl or cup, add Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (1 dash), Onion Powder (1 dash), and some Dried Mixed Herbs (to taste). Mix well.
Brush the herb sauce onto the puff pastry shapes and season with Salt (to taste) if desired. Cook at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed.
