Step 1
Using a sharp knife, cut the
Puff Pastry (1 sheet)
into strips. Cut the strips into squares or triangles. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with non-stick baking paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl or cup, add
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1 dash)
,
Onion Powder (1 dash)
, and some
Dried Mixed Herbs (to taste)
. Mix well.
Step 3
Brush the herb sauce onto the puff pastry shapes and season with
Salt (to taste)
if desired. Cook at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed.
