Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Into a mixing bowl, add the Sausages (2.2 lb) , Onion Powder (1 tsp) and Garlic Powder (1 tsp) .
Step 3
Add Sage Leaves (1 tsp) , Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 Tbsp) , Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to the sausage mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Form the meat into a log shape, and roll it over the Breadcrumbs (1 cup) .
Step 5
Then, transfer the loaf onto a piece of foil. Tightly wrap it up, and bake it inside the preheated oven for about 1 hour.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
