Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Into a mixing bowl, add the Sausage (1 kilogram), Onion Powder (1 teaspoon) and Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon).
Add Sage Leaves (1 teaspoon), Dried Mixed Herbs (2 teaspoon), Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste) to the sausage mixture and mix well.
Form the meat into a log shape, and roll it over the Breadcrumbs (1 cup).
Then, transfer the loaf onto a piece of foil. Tightly wrap it up, and bake it inside the preheated oven for about 1 hour.
