Cooking Instructions
1.
Place Potatoes (2 lb), Carrot (1), Onion (1), Chicken Broth (3 cups) and Salt (to taste). Cover, cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender/soft.

Stir in Evaporated Milk (1 cup) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cover, cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
