Curly Kale , chopped
1/2
Lemon , juiced
1 cup
Cherry Tomatoes , halved
1/2 cup
Red Onions , chopped
1 cup
Corn Relish

Directions

Step 1
Place washed Curly Kale (1 bunch) in a large bowl.
Step 2
Slice, peel and dice Avocado (1) and squeeze Lemon (1/2) over avocado.
Step 3
Transfer avocado to bowl with kale. With clean hands, massage and squeeze avocado into kale until well combined.
Step 4
Add in Cherry Tomatoes (1 cup) , Red Onions (1/2 cup) , and Corn Relish (1 cup) . Mix well.
Step 5
Transfer to serving dish and serve with chips of your choice. Enjoy!
