Slice Avocado (1) and scoop it out using a large spoon into a small bowl. Squeeze the juice of the Lime (1) over the avocado and mash using the back of a fork and add the mashed avocado to the chickpeas.

Add in the Red Onion (1/2 cup), Jalapeño Pepper (1/2 cup), and Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp). Stir to combine. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
