Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Put Apple Pie Filling (400 gram) into a bowl after soaking up their excess moisture with a kitchen towel and chopping them up. Add in Brown Sugar (2 tablespoon) and Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon). Mix them all together.
Step 2
Use a large cookie cutter to cut circles into the Frozen Shortcrust Pastry (4 sheet). Put a small amount of the apple mixture on each circle. Fold them over, and place them on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Use a fork to press down the edges.
Step 3
Brush over each turnover with Egg (1). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and put in the baking tray for 20 minutes. Take out and serve.
