in half diagonally. Place one sheet with the long side facing you. Ball
Ham Slices (to taste)
American Cheese Slices (to taste)
together, then place in the center of the pastry. Roll into a croissant shape and pinch to seal. Place finished croissants on a baking sheet.

Brush croissants with the egg wash. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
