In a saucepan, heat Garlic Infused Olive Oil (as needed). Add Potatoes (2), Carrots (2), Parsnip (1), Turnip (1), Celery (1 stalk), Onion (1), and Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups). Stir together. Add Vegetable Soup Powder Mix (3 cups).
