Step 1
In a saucepan, heat Garlic Infused Olive Oil (as needed) . Add Potatoes (2) , Carrots (2) , Parsnip (1) , Turnip (1) , Celery (1 stalk) , Onion (1) , and Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups) . Stir together. Add Vegetable Soup Powder Mix (3 cups) .
Step 2
Add Chicken Stock (8 cups) and Water (2 cups) . Let soup come to a boil and then turn down to a lower heat. Allow to simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy!
