Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 cups) , Cream of Tartar (1/4 tsp) , Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp) , and La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups) . Stir to combine. Add Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (3 1/2 cups) and mix in. Add Red Food Coloring (3 dashes) and stir.
Step 2
Transfer dough to a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Using your hands, press the dough down until it covers the dish evenly.
Step 3
Place in fridge to chill for 2 hours.
Step 4
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
