Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . In another bowl, add Eggs (2) , Milk (1/4 cup) , and additional salt and pepper and whisk together. In a final bowl, add Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs (1 1/4 cups) and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) and stir together.
Step 2
Dredge the Tyson® Chicken Breasts (4) in the flour mixture. Then, dip them in the egg mixture. Finally, coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 3
In a frying pan, warm the Frying Oil (as needed) . Fry the chicken pieces for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Flip and fry the chicken for another 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 5
Transfer finished chicken to a plate lined with paper towels to drain the oil.
Step 6
Serve with Limes (to taste) and enjoy!
