In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). In another bowl, add Eggs (2), Milk (1/4 cup), and additional salt and pepper and whisk together. In a final bowl, add Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs (1 1/4 cups) and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) and stir together.

In a frying pan, warm the Frying Oil (as needed). Fry the chicken pieces for 3 minutes.
