In a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup) and Salt and Pepper (to taste). In another bowl, add Egg (2), Milk (1/4 cup), and additional salt and pepper and whisk together. In a final bowl, add Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs (1 1/4 cup) and Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) and stir together.
Dredge the Chicken Breast (4) in the flour mixture. Then, dip them in the egg mixture. Finally, coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
In a frying pan, warm the Frying Oil (to taste). Fry the chicken pieces for 3 minutes.
Flip and fry the chicken for another 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
Transfer finished chicken to a plate lined with paper towels to drain the oil.
Serve with Lime (to taste) and enjoy!
