Evenly spread a tablespoon of Olive Oil (1/4 cup) over each Flour Tortillas (4). Stack the wraps on top of each other. This will oil both sides of the wrap.

Mix Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp), Paprika (1/2 tsp), Fresh Rosemary (1/2 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tsp) together. Sprinkle about ½ teaspoon of spice on each wrap and spread it evenly. Again stack them on each other.

Using a pizza cutter cut the wraps in to small bite sizes. Grate some Parmesan Cheese (to taste) over the wraps.
