In a skillet, warm Oil (2 Tbsp). Add Ground Turkey (1 lb) and cook, stirring and breaking up the turkey with a spoon, until meat is browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
