In a skillet, warm Oil (2 Tbsp). Add Ground Turkey (1 lb) and cook, stirring and breaking up the turkey with a spoon, until meat is browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Add Red Bell Peppers (2), Garlic (3 cloves), and Onion (1). Cook until vegetables start to soften.

Add Tomato Paste (3 Tbsp), Chili Powder (1 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1/2 tsp), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), Canned Crushed Tomatoes (3 1/3 cups), Canned Black Beans (2 1/3 cups), Chicken Broth (2 cups), and Hot Sauce (1 tsp). Mix together until well combined.
