In a skillet, warm Oil (2 tablespoon). Add Ground Turkey (1 pound) and cook, stirring and breaking up the turkey with a spoon, until meat is browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Add Red Bell Pepper (2), Garlic (3 clove), and Onion (1). Cook until vegetables start to soften.
Add Tomato Paste (3 tablespoon), Chili Powder (1 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1/2 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon), Canned Crushed Tomatoes (28 ounce), Canned Black Beans (15 ounce), Chicken Broth (2 cup), and Hot Sauce (1 teaspoon). Mix together until well combined.
Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and allow to simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Taste and adjust seasonings. Sprinkle Shredded Cheddar Cheese (to taste) over top. Serve and enjoy!
