Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In the bowl of a stand mixer, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Butter (1/2 cup). Mix on low until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Add Water (1/4 cup) a tablespoon at a time, mixing as you go, until the mixture comes together as a dough.

Form the dough into a disk and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Remove the dough from the fridge and roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface into a circle slightly larger than your pie pan.

Place the dough into the pie pan and trim off excess around the edges. Fold and tuck the edges into a wave pattern. Store in fridge until ready for use.

In a mixing bowl, add Eggs (3) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp). Whisk until well combined.

Add Brown Sugar (1 cup), Butter (1/4 cup), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Light Corn Syrup (3/4 cup). Whisk until smooth. Add Roasted Pecans (1 1/2 cups) and stir to combine.

Pour the pecan filling into the pie crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
