Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups) , Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Butter (1/2 cup) . Mix on low until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Add Water (1/4 cup) a tablespoon at a time, mixing as you go, until the mixture comes together as a dough.
Step 4
Form the dough into a disk and wrap it in plastic wrap. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the dough from the fridge and roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface into a circle slightly larger than your pie pan.
Step 6
Place the dough into the pie pan and trim off excess around the edges. Fold and tuck the edges into a wave pattern. Store in fridge until ready for use.
Step 7
In a mixing bowl, add Eggs (3) and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) . Whisk until well combined.
Step 8
Add Brown Sugar (1 cup) , Butter (1/4 cup) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Light Corn Syrup (3/4 cup) . Whisk until smooth. Add Roasted Pecans (1 1/2 cups) and stir to combine.
Step 9
Pour the pecan filling into the pie crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
Step 10
Serve and enjoy!
