5 Chicken Drumsticks

2 tsp Granulated Garlic

2 tsp Granulated Onion

1 1/2 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

5 sprig Fresh Thyme Leaves

3 sprig Fresh Rosemary

1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

2 Lime

1 1/4 tsp Salt

4 Potato

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

to taste Salt and Pepper

to taste Ground Black Pepper

Steps 1

In a bowl, mix together the Fresh Rosemary, Granulated Garlic, Dried Oregano, Fresh Thyme Leaves, Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Granulated Onion, and Paprika. Add the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.

Add the Chicken Drumsticks to the spice mix and juice the Lime over the top. Cover the chicken with the sauce completely. Cover and marinate the chicken for 20 minutes in the fridge.

Cut the Potato into pieces, the smaller the crispier. In a bowl, add the potatoes, the Fresh Rosemary, the Fresh Thyme Leaves and the Olive Oil. Season with Salt and Pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Steps 4

In a 9 x 19 inch pan, lay the chicken pieces in the middle. Sprinkle the potatoes around the chicken. Cook at 425 degrees F (218 degrees C) for 60-70 minutes.
