Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add Butter (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) , and Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) . Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Add Eggs (2) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) . Mix until well combined. Add Canned Pumpkin Purée (3/4 cup) . Mix again.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) , Pumpkin Pie Spice (1/2 Tbsp) , Baking Soda (1/4 tsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , and Salt (1/4 tsp) . Mix together.
Step 5
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Step 6
Add spoonfuls of the batter into a cupcake tin filled with liners.
Step 7
Bake for 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
Step 8
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add Cream Cheese (1/2 cup) . Beat until smooth.
Step 9
Add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 cups) , Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) , and Butter (2 Tbsp) . Beat until smooth.
Step 10
Frost cooled cupcakes. Serve and enjoy!
