Cooking Instructions
1.
Cook the Farfalle Pasta (12 oz) according to box instructions.
2.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and the Butter (1 Tbsp). Saute the Onion (1) until translucent.
3.
Add the Garlic (2 cloves) and let cook for a minute. Add the Tomato Sauce (1 lb) and the Dried Basil (1 tsp).
4.
Cut the acidity of the tomatoes with Granulated Sugar (1 tsp). Add the Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) as well. Add the Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) and turn the heat off. Stir to mix.
5.
Add the pasta back into the sauce and stir. Add the Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp).
6.
Serve and enjoy!
