Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mix together the
Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup)

Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp)

Onion Powder (1 tsp)

In a separate bowl, mix together the
All-Purpose Flour (2/3 cup)

Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp)
, and
Onion Powder (1 tsp)
.
Step 3
Season the
Tilapia Fillets (3)
with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
on both sides. Take each filet, put it in the flour mixture, then the beaten
Eggs (2)
, and finally the breadcrumbs mixture.
Step 4
Melt the
Butter (2 Tbsp)
together with the
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
. Cook each fillet for about 4 minutes until it is nice and golden.
