In a mixing bowl, mix together the Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), and Onion Powder (1 tsp).

In a separate bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (2/3 cup), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), and Onion Powder (1 tsp).

Season the Tilapia Fillets (3) with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) on both sides. Take each filet, put it in the flour mixture, then the beaten Eggs (2), and finally the breadcrumbs mixture.
