In a mixing bowl, mix together the Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup), Garlic Powder (2 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon), and Onion Powder (1 teaspoon).
In a separate bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (2/3 cup), Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon), and Onion Powder (1 teaspoon).
Season the Tilapia Fillet (3) with Salt and Pepper (to taste) on both sides. Take each filet, put it in the flour mixture, then the beaten Egg (2) , and finally the breadcrumbs mixture.
Melt the Butter (2 tablespoon) together with the Olive Oil (2 tablespoon). Cook each fillet for about 4 minutes until it is nice and golden.
