In a mixing bowl, mix together the Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), and Simply Organic Onion Powder (1 tsp).

In a separate bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (2/3 cup), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), and Simply Organic Onion Powder (1 tsp).

Season the Tilapia Fillets (3) with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) on both sides. Take each filet, put it in the flour mixture, then the beaten Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), and finally the breadcrumbs mixture.
