Step 1
Using a stand mixer, beat together the
Butter (1/2 cup)

Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
. Then add in the

All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups)

Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)

Salt (1/4 tsp)

Whole Milk (1/2 cup)
. Combine everything well.
Step 2
Onto a muffin tin lined with cupcake paper, add a scoop of the batter into each liner paper. Bake them under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
To make the frosting, blend together the
Butter (1/2 cup)
,
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (4 cups)
,
Heavy Cream (2 Tbsp)
and
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
.
Step 4
Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting and serve!
