Crack the Egg (1) into the Milk (1 cup), and beat to combine.
Then, add the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) and additional All-Purpose Flour (1 tablespoon), the Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 tablespoon).
Stir until you get a smooth and thick batter. Add more flour or milk if necessary.
Heat a large non-stick griddle on medium high heat with no butter or oil. I use my crepe pan and I love how it turns out! It spreads the heat evenly to get the best pancakes/crepes ever!
Grease the pan with Butter (1 tablespoon).
Use a 1/4 cup scoop to pour batter on the heated griddle. Spread out the pancake batter quickly and immediately scoop a large teaspoon of the Nutella® (5 teaspoon) into the middle of the raw pancake.
Then, quickly cover with a tiny bit more batter. If you don’t cover the nutella, it could burn when you flip it.
When the batter starts to bubble on one side, flip your pancake and cook for approximately one more minute until done. Remove from the pan, and place on a plate. Continue with the remaining batter. You should get about 4-5 pancakes.
Serve immediately sprinkled with some Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 tablespoon) and drizzle with Corn Syrup (1 tablespoon).
